This review is for Kevin the sales guy, he is a superstar!! My husband and I have been to many show homes and met with many sales reps and never have we met one as nice, kind, warm and welcoming as Kevin. He answered all of our questions and more. He has so much knowledge and if a raise is to be given to someone it should be Kevin for all his hard work, he goes above and beyond. We are looking for a home and are highly likely to go with Alquinn homes because of him. There was another gentleman in the show home today as Kevin was off but he was also a great guy and very pleasant too! Alquinn homes you should be very proud of your staff, they are great people!

We are so happy with our Alquinn home puchase! My first impression of the show home was so good that neither of the other two homes we viewed that day could compare. Beautifully staged with 10′ ceilings on the main floor and 9′ in the basement, heated ensuite floor, low-step shower, stacked kitchen cabinets, and a pantry so big I can sleep in it made the purchase decision easy! The team welcomed us with a red carpet on our possession date and have checked in multiple times to see if we’re okay and to follow up with the three items we had outstanding. Follow up times and action are quick, and their concern is genuine. Now, the valuation and technical aspects: The property is located in a developing low-density neighborhood with higher than typical land values. This will help maintain the value in the long run. The home is custom built and allows for personalization, ie: pre-wired soffit lighting, pre-wired theatre area in the basement, fireplace also had conduit to hide the wires when mounting a TV above. The designer’s inclusion of exposed beams, matching dark fixtures (faucets, door hardware, railings, hanging lights) throughout showcased the large open spaces while providing continuity. The triple car garage has room for our two vehicles and our camper and a shop area including cabinets. The driveway allows for at least three more vehicles. The property included a large deck off the back of the houseand I look forward to mowing my lawn (once it arrives 😀). After moving in we made some minor changes including adding a 240 volt, 30 Amp plug for a large garage heater and installed a dedicated 20 Amp plug for our mounted projector in the basement theatre area. It’s clear that Alquinn didn’t cut corners on this build and we give it 90% satisfaction!

I recently purchased a home from Alquinn Homes, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Shannon, the salesperson, was awesome and made the buying process incredibly smooth. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made all the difference. The attention to detail in the construction of the home is truly impressive. I love that there are no wire shelves in the closets; instead, there are beautiful painted shelves that add a touch of elegance. The finishes throughout the home are top-notch, reflecting the high quality and care that Alquinn Homes puts into their work. I also appreciate that the deck and landscaping were included in the purchase, as it can be complicated to get those things done afterward.

Alquinn builds the most beautiful homes. After looking at multiple homes from different companies, we were blown away by the detail and luxury Alquinn adds to their houses. From plush carpets to beautiful feature walls, they surpassed our expectations. When doing the final walk-through, John made sure everything in the house was perfect before we moved in. You can tell they are a family run business who pride themselves on creating the best homes possible. They are personable and friendly and made the whole process easy and fun!

We love our new home by Alquinn. Tionna designed a perfect interior, we’ve received lots of compliments. I’d highly recommend going through Catharina, really laid back and easy to deal with and showing our dog lots of love haha. There’s still deficiencies, small ones to be expected with a brand new build. Some have been fixed already by their warranty company, they were pretty quick to schedule us in so I have faith that the rest will be taken care of in a decent time frame. We’re still waiting for driveway, sidewalk, landscaping and fence to be completed (waiting for warmer weather) but I have no reason to doubt Alquinn will get this done as per the contract. They’ve been good to deal with so far, Very nice owners.
