I went and looked at a bunch of show homes with Lisa recently and she was so accommodating. She was extremely knowledgeable and was truly interested in what my needs were and finding me something that met those needs. There was no rush and no pressure to make any decisions instantly. When looking to purchase my first home, after touring dozens of homes with more than half a dozen builders, Alquinn stood out among the rest for high quality building, thoughtful features, and competitive pricing. Lisa was a true pleasure and joy to work with, always willing to take you through as many homes as you can fit in a day and help out wherever she can. No matter what time of day I would send a message or email, 7am or 10pm, she always seemed to respond within the minute. When doing final touch-ups on the home and a pre-possession walk through, the supervisors Luke and Dan were incredibly helpful and patient, promptly making sure that my concerns were taken care of.
