Sales Executive - Full Time
Location: Edmonton, Spruce Grove

Job Description:

A Sales Executive plays a very important role in the home buying process, and responsibilities may include showcasing homes, gaining new customer relationships, helping buyers and sellers come to agreements, offering expertise in home selection and local market knowledge, negotiating, and guidance in the closing transaction. Other job functions the chosen Sales Executive will have is:

  • Communicating and corresponding with clients with respect to ongoing matters.
  • Preparing and amending documents, charts and forms, including legal documents, correspondence, reports, emails and responses to routine inquiries.
  • General clerical duties including paper and electronic filing, photocopying, fax, and scanning.
  • Providing clients with valuable advice and guidance in the often complex and sometimes emotional process of purchasing a home
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to home owners
  • Commission based role

Qualifications:

  • Marketing skills
  • Advanced computing skills and ability to maintain electronic files
  • High regard for quality, attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 3:00pm or 2:00pm (depending on the area) - 8:00pm

Saturday-Sunday Noon – 5:00pm

Showhome Host/Hostess
Location: Edmonton/Spruce Grove/Stony Plain

Rate: $15/hour

Hours: Saturday, Sunday plus 1 week day

Alquinn Homes is looking for a Showhome Host/Hostess. We are looking at hiring a strong Candidate that will be a great fit with our current team. This is a part time role, working 15 hours a week. A Host/Hostess plays a very important role in the new home industry.

Sales Associate - Full Time & Part Time
Location: Devon, South Edmonton & Spruce Grove

Alquinn Homes is currently looking for a full-time, Sales Associates to join our Devon, South Edmonton and Spruce Grove sales team!

 

You will report to the Sales Executive, and will be responsible for supporting them with assisting clients while providing exceptional customer service. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to clients through the purchasing and building process
  • Obtaining customer information for the Sales Executive to generate clientele
  • Staying educated on all Alquinn offered specifications and current market knowledge
  • Preparing and submitting flawless purchase agreements and supporting documents
  • Maintaining showhome/sales center, making sure it’s clean and presentable
  • Create unique and effective marketing ideas to drive traffic to the show home

Requirements:

  • MUST be able to work Monday- Thursday 2-8 (Edmonton locations) and 3-8 (Stony and Spruce Grove locations) and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 12PM-5PM
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Have great attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Valid Drivers license with a reliable vehicle
  • Drive to excel and progress within the company
