Alquinn Homes offers a comprehensive new home warranty to ensure your investment & family are always protected. If you have any issues after
you move in, our customer service team will take care of you.
- 1 year Materials & Labor
- 2 years Mechanical Systems
- 5 years Foundation Water Penetration
- 10 year Major Structural Defects
Each homeowner receives a 1 month follow up, mid-year report and year-end report for their materials & workmanship warranty. Concerns after
1 year will be directed through the Progressive New Home Warranty
Program.

Mid-Year Report
In order for our service program to operate at a maximum efficiency and for your own convenience, we require that you wait till
your mid year before submitting any warranty items. Your Mid-Year Report will be provided to you at the approximate time of your 30
Day Follow Up. When completing the form, please be sure to include your telephone numbers and email address.

Year-End Report
Near the end of the eleventh month of your materials and workmanship warranty, you should submit a year-end report. Please be sure
to include your telephone numbers and email address on the form. We will also be happy to discuss any maintenance questions that you
may have at that time. Year-end lists must be received within two (2) weeks of the anniversary date of your possession, or your file
will be closed and no further action will be taken.
